SASSA Takes Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies towards the community.

SASSA will be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it can be alarmed regarding the large variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office devoted to service the area each day. The services stage designed for intervention ordeals a large inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it tough with the office to attend click here to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to empower the servicing of all shoppers and boost entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
